Willowbank Storage is a working Storage Yard Manager account with a hundred customers and months of history already in it. Sign in as the owner and press anything you like — it isn't a guided tour, nothing is faked, and there is nothing in there you can break.
Have a proper look round before you tell me anything about yourself. That is the whole point of it.

You are signed in as the yard owner, so every screen is unlocked — including the ones that send things. Emails and texts to demo customers are stopped at the door on purpose, so you can press Send reminder and read exactly what would have gone out without anything leaving the building.
Willowbank was built deliberately untidy, because a demo where everybody has paid proves nothing. All of this is sitting in there waiting for you.
102 plots across four zones, laid out the way the ground actually is. Green is paid, red is late, white is empty, hatched is out of service. Eight plots are standing vacant — which is the number that costs you money.
117 vehicles on site: 50 caravans, 21 motorhomes, 20 trailers, 8 boats and 18 other things that turned up. Most yard software makes you pretend everything is the same shape.
A hundred customers, 82 live agreements and 1,437 payments of history behind them — plus fourteen people who have already come and gone. Open Money → Overdue and the chasing email is already written; read it before you decide whether you'd send it.
Ten vehicles have cover expiring inside thirty days, and they are on the dashboard without anyone having to go looking. That is the one nobody checks until there's a claim.
A dozen maintenance jobs against real plots — six of them still open, with costs, photos and the ones that come round again on a reminder.
Months of notes with threads running through them — the fence, the barn electrics, the customer who keeps not paying — plus eight people on the waiting list wanting a plot the moment one frees up.
No. Every customer, vehicle and payment in Willowbank is invented. No real yard's information is in there, and nothing you type into the demo reaches a real person.
No. Sending is stopped for the demo yard at the point the message would leave — you see exactly what would have gone out, and nothing goes anywhere.
Yes, it's one shared yard. So you may find someone else's changes still in there, and your own may disappear when the next person resets it. If it looks odd, press Settings → Reset the demo and start from a clean copy.
You get an empty one. Your yard gets its own private address — yourname.storageyardmanager.co.uk — with nobody else's data anywhere near it. Setting up a 100-plot yard is an afternoon with a cup of tea.
