102 plots across four zones — Front Yard, The Barn, Back Paddock and Hardstanding. Green is paid, red is late, white is empty, hatched is out of service. That's the whole idea in one screen.

Not just caravans

The vehicles whose cover ends in the next 30 days are on the dashboard without anyone going looking. That's the one nobody checks until there's a claim.

Maintenance logged against real plots — a broken-up surface that took a plot out of service, bay lines to re-mark, a camera to fit — with reminders on the ones that come round again.

It's meant to be prodded.
- Break it on purpose. Archive a customer, put a plot out of service, raise a price, record a payment. Prodding it is the only way to find out whether it suits how you work.
- Then put it back. Settings → Data → Reset the demo returns it to exactly how you found it in a couple of seconds. The next visitor can do the same, which is why nothing you do in there is permanent.
- Ask the awkward question. If your yard has something Willowbank doesn't, say so — hello@storageyardmanager.co.uk reaches a person. That is how most of what's in there got built.
About the demo.
Is this real data?
No. Every customer, vehicle and payment in Willowbank is invented. No real yard's information is in there.
Could I message a real person by accident?
No. Every email address in the demo is an example.com or example.org one, which can never be delivered, and every phone number is from the range Ofcom keeps for TV and film. The app refuses to send to either.
Is everybody using the same demo?
Yes, it's one shared yard. You may find someone else's changes still in there, and yours may disappear when the next person resets it. If it looks odd, press Settings → Data → Reset the demo and start from a clean copy.
Do I get a yard like this?
You get an empty one, at its own private address — yourname.storageyardmanager.co.uk — with nobody else's data anywhere near it.
What does it cost after the demo?
