Founding places are real and there are ten. Whether one is still open is confirmed at checkout, before you pay anything. It applies to one yard per business and doesn't restart if you cancel and come back. More about the founding offer.
What every yard gets

The yard
A colour-coded map in your own zones, plots coming free flagged early, reserved and out-of-service plots, and moving a customer between plots.
Customers and vehicles
Contact details, vehicles with length, registration and insurance, movements in and out, documents, and storage agreements signed on a phone.
Money
Payments and receipts, the overdue list with reminders written for you, deposits, reports, a price review, and exports for Xero and QuickBooks.
Reminders
Automatic rent and insurance reminders by email, and by text if you connect your own Twilio account.
The day-to-day
Maintenance jobs with photos and reminders, a diary with follow-ups, a waiting list that suggests who fits a free plot, and messages to the whole yard.
Your data
Nightly backups kept for up to 30 days, and every record downloadable as spreadsheets or a full backup — even when your account is read-only.
Paying for it
How do I pay?
From your yard's Billing page, by card. Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who send your receipts and VAT invoices — we never see your card details. Any VAT that applies is shown at checkout.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you haven't subscribed, your yard goes read-only. Nothing is deleted: you can still log in, look at everything and export it. Subscribe and you carry on exactly where you left off.
Are there other costs?
Not from us. If you choose to connect GoCardless, Stripe or Twilio to take Direct Debits, card payments or send texts, those providers charge you for their services under your own account with them.
Can I get a refund?
If you're charged in error, or a fault on our side stops you using it for a paid period, we refund that period. The details are in the refund and cancellation policy.
Will the price go up?
If the standard price ever changes, you'll hear at least 30 days before, and you can cancel before it takes effect. A founding price stays at £29 for its 12 paid months.
I run more than one yard.
Each yard has its own subscription and its own private address, so the books stay separate. The founding offer applies to one yard per business.
